Shipping policy

USB Drives have a 10-Day warranty and you warranty expires after the 10th day of delivery. Please check that all files are functioning and then transfer them to a safer external storage location. We will only replace USB drives that are defective "within" the 10-Day period after your USB drive delivery date, after the 10th day, your warranty is void. It is your responsibility to save your digital files to a safer storage location of your choice.
